Meet Ben
Director - Operations Manager - Owner
Diploma in Construction Management, Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Certificate in Construction Trades, Licensed Building Practitioner & Certificate in Carpentry
Ben brings over 16 years of experience in the building industry. His experience spans new homes, community buildings, subdivisions, relocatables, renovations, reclads, extensions, commercial and even a retirement village. With Ben directly overseeing your project, you can be confident that it’s in the hands of someone who is deeply invested in delivering the best outcome for you.

Project Leader & Qualified Builder
Construction Management Diploma & Certificate in Carpentry
Connor is one of our on the ground team leaders and is a qualified builder. He brings valuable experience from his time leading Ministry of Education projects through BG Build, along with previous project management work for larger group housing companies.

Will is a qualified builder with many years of experience in the construction industry and has been part of the BG Build team since the very start. He knows our process inside and out and plays a key role in ensuring each project is completed to a high standard.

David is one of our site managers and is the most experienced qualified builder on the team. David’s experience is broad and covers a range of projects, from high end architectural homes to complex renovation work.

Davis is a third year apprentice and a valued part of our on the ground building team. At the start of his construction career, he’s fully immersed in the hands on side of building and has a real passion for delivering quality projects.

Administrator - Operations Assistant - Owner
Christina wears many hats at BG Build. A former school teacher with a keen eye for detail, she now helps keep the office running seamlessly alongside Ben. With experience managing the BG Build office and coordinating their own building projects, she ensures everything stays on track behind the scenes.

Third Year Apprentice Builder
Ethan is a third year apprentice who brings a strong set of life skills and a solid work ethic to the BG Build team. Before beginning his building apprenticeship, Ethan worked as a dairy farm manager and contract fencer. These previous life experiences have helped him transfer seamlessly into the construction industry.
