Our proven 5-step process is simple and tailored to your project designed to make you feel confident knowing we're looking after you and your build from start to finish.

STEP ONE: Your Project

We start by getting to know you, your goals, style and budget so we can create a design brief that reflects your vision. This includes an initial fact finding meeting and a design session to ensure we're heading in the right direction from the start.

STEP TWO: Plans (if required)

We'll guide you through the full design journey, starting with concept plans (which may include a few versions), then refining into developed designs with input from trusted consultants. From there, we compile the full plans and specifications ready for pricing and council submission.

STEP THREE: Contract

With the detailed plans and selections in place, we provide comprehensive, transparent pricing. Once you're happy, we finalise the documentation and sign an NZCB Building Contract, giving you peace of mind moving forward.

STEP FOUR: Construction

We lodge your plans with council, lock in the timeline and coordinate all on site work and selections. From groundworks to handover, our team coordinates every moving part so the build runs smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

STEP FIVE: Handover

Once construction is complete, we'll walk you through the finished project to ensure everything meets expectations. You'll receive all final documentation and the keys to your newly completed space.
