Our proven 5-step process is simple and tailored to your project designed to make you feel confident knowing we're looking after you and your build from start to finish.

STEP ONE: Your Project

We start by getting to know you, your goals, style and budget so we can create a design brief that reflects your vision. This includes an initial fact finding meeting and a design session to ensure we're heading in the right direction from the start.

STEP TWO: Plans (if required)

We'll guide you through the full design journey, starting with concept plans (which may include a few versions), then refining into developed designs with input from trusted consultants. From there, we compile the full plans and specifications ready for pricing and council submission.

STEP THREE: Contract

With the detailed plans and selections in place, we provide comprehensive, transparent pricing. Once you're happy, we finalise the documentation and sign an NZCB Building Contract, giving you peace of mind moving forward.

STEP FOUR: Construction

We lodge your plans with council, lock in the timeline and coordinate all on site work and selections. From groundworks to handover, our team coordinates every moving part so the build runs smoothly, efficiently and to a high standard.

STEP FIVE: Handover

Once construction is complete, we'll walk you through the finished project to ensure everything meets expectations. You'll receive all final documentation and the keys to your newly completed space.

Making Selections

Choosing the finishes and fixtures for your project is often one of the most exciting parts of the journey but we know it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve developed a selection process that’s clear, flexible and tailored to suit your needs. To get started, have a read of the three selection support options below and consider which one best fits the way you'd like to approach your project.

OPTION ONE:

I’ll Guide, You Decide

Prefer to keep things simple? No problem - just give us a clear brief and we’ll take care of the rest.

You might have an inspiration photo you'd love to replicate such as a bathroom you've seen online. Share it with us and we’ll source selections that match the look, feel and budget you're aiming for.

Whatever the goal, we’ll curate selections that align with your brief and the purpose of the space.

Once we’ve gathered everything, we’ll present the full selection for your approval before we proceed so you’ll still have the final say without having to make every decision yourself.

OPTION TWO:

Let’s Decide Together

Want to be hands on but still have the guidance and support of an experienced team? This option is for you.

We’ll work alongside you to help make decisions that suit your style, budget and how you live. You’ll be supported through the selection process with access to our trusted suppliers — the experts who know their products inside and out.

Before each meeting, our suppliers will be briefed on your project and preferences so they’re ready to guide you through the options that make the most sense for your home.

You’ll be in the driver’s seat when it comes to decision making and we’ll be there to offer both design advice and practical builder insight.

OPTION THREE:

Bring in the Expert

If you’d like to invest a little more to ensure your space is beautifully cohesive, functional and thoughtfully designed, this option is for you.

We can arrange for you to work alongside an interior designer or if you already have someone in mind, we’re more than happy to collaborate with a designer of your choice.

This level of support is ideal for those who want confidence in every detail or simply prefer a professional to bring their vision to life with clarity and flair.
